At Laktose.in, each piece is made to order and crafted exclusively after your purchase is confirmed. This approach allows us to maintain quality, intention and reduce waste.
All products are made to order.
Standard production time is 6–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
If you need your garment on an urgent basis, contact us to inquire if it is possible.
Production begins only after payment is successfully received.
Once production is complete and your order is dispatched:
Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and destination-specific regulations.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Laktose.in is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs duties and will not issue a refund for the package.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Laktose.in is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Any additional shipping or re-dispatch charges will be borne by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images and order details so we may assist you promptly.
